IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS LOGGING IN

  1. Please ensure that your phone has Okta Verify verification software installed

    • Download ‘Okta Verify’ from your App store/Play store on your phone

    • The APK for Okta Verify is also available here

  2. If you are unable to install Okta Verify, you can contact your organisation's IT department to change Okta's verification method to SMS verification
